Every comfort has been provided for to make sure you enjoy your tropical beachside holiday. Even internet access, picnic and some sporting supplies, a library of books, videos and board games!

It has an air conditioner and ceiling fans throughout. The house has been recently totally renovated and has jarrah wooden flooring and quality tiles with new kitchen and bathroom.

Eating & Entertaining

The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, fanforced oven, cooktop (stove), microwave, and many smaller appliances (blender, food processor, milk shake maker, etc).

The exotic wooden dining setting seats 6, and there is a variety of kitchenware for the entertainer (yes, even cocktail glasses).  A highchair is available FREE of charge.

The lounge room has high quality wooden furniture and leather lounge, tv, with dvd/video/cd facilities and you will find a bookcase of board games, books, videos and DVDs for you to use during your stay.  A second tv and video player are located in the 2nd bedroom.

Outside there is a paved patio area with a 4 burner gas bbq and stylish wooden outdoor furniture, and an aboveground pool with gazebo and bar in a tropical setting. It is a peaceful area, with birds singing in the trees throughout the day.
 
Sleeping

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (two singles). A cot is available FREE of charge.  Linen is supplied, including beach towels (please bring your own linen if you require the cot).

Communications

We offer FREE high-speed ADSL internet access for your laptop and FREE local telephone calls. A cot and highchair are also available if required FREE of charge.

Other

There is a lock up garage to park your hire car, where you will find the washing machine and dryer.

The gardens and pool are tended to regularly.
